1. Use of Services    
a. Eligibility         
You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.    
b. Acceptable Use         
You covenant not to utilize the Services for any purposes that are unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, including but not limited to the dissemination of material that is unlawful, defamatory, or promotes discrimination.
2. Content and Data Use    
a. Your Content        
 You retain all rights to the content you submit through the Services.    
b. Data Protection         
DocuSage is dedicated to safeguarding the privacy and security of your personal data. In alignment with this commitment, our Services are designed to be a "digital Etch-a-Sketch," ensuring that all data processed within our sessions remains private to you and is irreversibly deleted upon the conclusion of your session. Our architecture prohibits the storage, retention, or analysis of your data, affording you absolute privacy. The source code governing this functionality is publicly available for verification. Our forthcoming enhancements may include options for encrypted data storage, accessible solely through your authenticated account, yet our principle of non-accessibility to your data will remain unchanged.
3. Intellectual Property   
 a. Ownership         
The Services, including all intellectual property rights therein, are the exclusive property of DocuSage. These Terms do not transfer any DocuSage intellectual property rights to you, except for the limited license to use the Services as expressly permitted herein.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability   
 a. No Warranty        
 The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.   
 b. Limitation of Liability        
 DocuSage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.    
c. Disclaimer for Legal Use        
 DocuSage's Services are not a substitute for professional advice, legal or otherwise. Reliance on any information provided by DocuSage is solely at your own risk. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using the Services. DocuSage expressly disclaims liability for actions taken or not taken based on its Services.    

 5. Subscription and Payment
a. Subscription Fees
The Services are available under a subscription model. The subscriber agrees to pay recurring monthly fees as specified at the time of subscription initiation. The amount and billing cycle may vary based on the subscription plan chosen.
b. Payment Terms
Payments are due on the first day of each billing cycle and will be automatically charged to the payment method on file. Subscribers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information and must update any changes to this information promptly.
c. Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew each month. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account settings or contacting customer support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
d. Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for any subscriptions unless required by law. Subscribers may have rights under consumer law that cannot be waived by contract. If a subscriber believes a refund is warranted, a request can be submitted to customer support for consideration.
6. Modifications to Terms   
 DocuSage reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through updates to the Terms posted on our platform. Continued use of the Services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.6. General Terms    
a. Governing Law         
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.    
b. Entire Agreement        
 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DocuSage concerning the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
7. Additional Provisions    
a. Indemnification         
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DocuSage from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct).    
b. Service Availability        
 DocuSage does not guarantee that the Services will be operable at all times or during any down time (1) caused by outages to any public Internet backbones, networks or servers, (2) caused by any failures of your equipment, systems or local access services, (3) for previously scheduled maintenance or (4) relating to events beyond DocuSage’s control such as strikes, riots, insurrection, fires, floods, explosions, war, governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes, natural disasters, or interruptions in Internet services to an area where DocuSage or your servers are located or co-located.    
c. Compliance with Laws        
 You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding your use of the Services and your solicitation of offers to purchase and/or sell products or services.
